Liberty Place precint in Sydney was the first refurb design to meet the Australian Sustainable Built Environment Council’s definition of a zero carbon building.
During construction 98 per cent of construction waste was recycled rather than sent to landfill.
The Paint was produced and supplied by ecolour in Byron Bay, which is certified as zero VOC – as opposed to the typical “low VOC” products.
This is very exciting news for ecolour and will be the way forward in the very near future.
